The Xcell EcoPower is a newly plug-in charger for 2 AA and AAANI-MH/ NI-CD  batteries.  The Xcell EcoPower incorporates a new design that user could insert batteries into the charger from the units foreside or backside, so this new desigh is very user-friendly.
